Again, heading says it all... Timmons could CARE LESS about managing, but they certainly are interested in taking lots your hard earned cash!!!! Please do NOT rent or buy where Timmons is managing.

Don't live under Timmons Properity Managerment
You will be sorry if you buy a condo, house, or apartment under Timmons properity Management. The Properity manager does not return e-mails. She does not care what repairs are needed if the the board members choose to vote down something...
