Unfinished furniture

Have bought several pieces over the years from them. I came in and out several times will I saved for a large purchase and never felt pressured to buy before i was ready. My smaller purchases i took unfinished but the large-seats up to 10- kithen table I bought I had finished and it looks great. I get many compliments and have sent several folks to this store.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Have tried work with this company for 3 months. I really wanted the product they offered! Finally found the real name and phone number but didn't get a call back. Thank God our Credit card company refunded the over $1000 charge on our card.

In November we ordered a kitchen table via the internet. We never received an acknowledgement from them so we emailed them several times. Finally, after no response at all, we sent two emails cancelling the order and bought elsewhere. The following month, we received a bill for the table from a company called Timberpoint. With that info I went to this site and found a telephone number and called only to find it was a recording so I left a message for them to return my call. No reply yet. However, I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General and suggest that everyone else does also. After reading these reviews -- boy oh boy don't I wish I had seen them before ordering!! -- I see that this is a HUGE rip off store.

I am with the rest of you.

I have now turned this into the Arizona Attorney Generals Office consumer complaint department. Would be great if all of you did that. More people doing this the better are chances are.

Do not buy from this company. Had the same problems as the rest of you. No e-mail confirmation, charged card as soon as he could and have not heard from him since. I reported it to the Better Busines B. of Arizona. They are working on it right now. I will have to go the legal route next.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Like these other posters before me, I have also been ripped off by this company. I ordered through their website, which had no bad reviews. Then I find out that Timberpoint is the real name of the company and I had to do a search for their phone number, which, of course, is not listed on their website.

I ordered a kitchen island from them on October 20th. It's is now November 26th. I did recieve a confirmation email from them on the date of purchase, saying I would be notified of my expected ship date within 48 hours.

Never got that notification.

I have emailed customer service several times, only to get one response two weeks ago that said the item would be arriving to them in a couple of days, at which time they would ship it out to me. HUH? I guess this makes them extremely unorganized middlemen.

I'm getting very worried that I just got ripped off and am now out $900.

I figure I'll give it another week and then get the bank involved.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered furniture from them 2 1/2 months ago and was told it would take approximately 4-6 weeks for it to come in and for it to be delivered. It was JUST delivered a week ago and when the owner came to drop off the furniture, he didn't bring any tools to assemble it, when he had indicated that assembly was part of the shipping charge! I asked him if he could come back to assemble it and he said he would be in contact with me to come back on Tuesday. He never called, and it is now Saturday and he has not returned my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Once they have your money they forget about you and could not care less about giving you the customer service they promise!

Avoid

Wish I would have seen these an other posts first. Ordered and was charged immediately. No conformation email. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They don't even answer the phone. It has been over a month since the order and no chairs. I'm working with my credit card company on fraud charges. Avoid!!! This thing won't let me give negative stars

Great store!

This is beautiful, solid wood furniture that will last a lifetime. I love that you can choose whatever finish you want. I found the pricing to be very reasonable, and the owners quite nice. It can take a little longer for an order to arrive, but it's worth the wait!

Very poor customer communication. Avoid ordering - Cash and carry only!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order from this business for some out of stock furniture and stain. Four months and several phone calls later, I still had no stain. He tried to substitute a 1/2 empty can of stain he had been using in his back room, but still wanted to charge me full price for it! I left with a very sour taste in my mouth, and couldn't believe how rude he was. It seemed he absolutely didn't care for the customer at all, once he had the money. The bottom line - stay away from this store, the owner's business principles and customer communication skills are horrible! If you absolutely have to, pay cash and carry it out - but do not order anything!

Great Place

Ordered some extra chairs to match ones we brought with us from East Coast...turned out to be the wrong ones, nobody's fault...store took them back, no hassle, and ordered us correct ones from a different mfg...extremely pleased, will shop there again....
