Horrible management
Wish we had known what an unpleasant time we were going to have so we wouldn't have wasted our money. We were charged almost double what is listed on their website and what we were quoted on the phone. Then we had to wait forever and...

Warning! Rip Off! Stay Away From This Place!!
My mother treated myself, my sister, and my daughter to an evening Safari at Tiger Safari on the evening of Saturday, March 26th. She was promised that this rather expensive Safari would include a jeep ride, private tour, photos with many of the Safari's animals not seen by the public, photos for us to enjoy after the safari, and a private tour of the Safari after dark. We arrived for our Safari only to be left waiting outside for around 30 minutes. We were finally ushered inside only to wait yet again due to a birthday party running over. The employees were nervous and kept telling us that Bill was "freaking out" and that things were crazy. We finally were given instructions on the rules of the tour and were kept waiting again. This time we WERE given snacks though. That was nice. We were told to leave our e-mails up front so that we could receive info on the photos that were about to be taken. We were, several times, snapped at by Bill (along with the other employees) for not posing right or taking too long to "get the picture" right. NOne of the animals were animals that weren't visible normally during business hours. Not what my mother was promised. Bill and staff were also very preoccupied with yet another birthday party that was happening at the same time. Again, not waht we were promised. We were to have the park to ourselves. Finally, our "private" tour began-and more employee chatter about Bill's "freaking out" happened. I asked the girl who gave us the tour to tell us more about the animals we were seeing and was told "I don't really know much about the animals here". Nice! We were rushed along and I was told at one point to quit looking at one of the tigers and hurry. Our guide said she was afraid that Bill would get mad. Several people on our tour were snapped at for doing things wrong...like touching a broken fence in front of a bear exhibit. Why was that even there? Why was there not a sign warning us of this? Our tour was running about an hour over at this point and my mom had made dinner reservations at a specific time based on her conversation with Bill. We told our guide that we were running late and needed to leave...and she was visibly upset that we were disrupting the group by leaving. We never received a jeep tour and we never received our pictures. I left messages on the following dates with no return call: 3/29, 4/1, and 4/7. I also left several e-mails including one on April 26th that stated we would be contacting the BBB if I did not receive a call back. I know that "local" business is their bread and butter but is this the way to treat tourists? I have filed a complaint with the BBB and was told that they have it on record that the Tiger Safari will not respond to BBB complaints. I made one last atempt to contact Tiger Safari to let them know I would be posting something on Trip Advisor if I did not hear back from them in 24 hours. No surprise....no return call. I would hate for someone else to go through an unpleasant experience.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!
Awsome!!!! hard to find signs not well marked! We just had my grandson's birthday. The treehouse was where we climbed! High up! The kids loved. And it was safe for our little tiger's.
The animals were very well taked care of, and our guide was the best. The birthday boy got to hold and feed almost every animal that was safe (snake was in a bad mood). An outsider tried to join our group and get a free personal guide. Our guide was very nice and told those people to stay back. She was polite but made sure we got our moneys worth. Also she knew everything about the animals. You could tell she loved her job and kids asking questions. Well worth the money and we will return. Thank for the great time we will never forget.

Disgusting!!!
This place was aweful!! The park director could be possibly the rudest man I have ever met! The prices were high and the tour guide could not even tell you what kind of animals she was showing us, She looked like she was on drugs. The animals cages were filthy and the animals did not look happy. They only care about your money not your experiance. You may leave there with salmonilla poisining as they were letting children feed animals raw chicken that was not properly cooled or handled. The health department should pay a visit and these people should be shut down. Vey bad experiance. Save yourself the agony of going through it.

Great Place for Kids!!!
I took my kids to Tiger Safari and they had a great time. They got to play with babies and feed animals. They had so much fun!!! I then had my youngest birthday party there. That was fun too! This is a great place. I am going back. Someday. I hear, they have new babies all the time and you can play with them and that is really fun. My oldest is going to volunteer as soon as he turns 16 and drive his way out. He will have so much fun and learn so much I am just thrilled for him. What an experience. Our guide was a young teenager and they were so smart they knew all about the park and animals. Go out and see what you think, we loved it and will go back many times in the future when we can go out.
