Fantastic Service and Support

This company is the best heating and air group I've ever worked with. Our AC went out in the evening of mid June and our family of four suffered all night. Thompson Services sent a clean cut, knowledgeable tech out to our home at 7am...

Beware - lacks good business ethics!

I wish I would have checked the reputation of this company first! This company would not provide an itemized bill - just hand wrote in a total amount due! They clearly listed items but left blanks next to the cost of each item. Upon questioning this they refused to itemized the bill. Questionable business practice at best. Also extreme lack of knowledge pertaining to plumbing services. We also had this company give us an estimate on electrical work - once they arrived at the job site their price had doubled!

Will not call again

After two weeks, multiple visits, and terrible customer service, I had to call another company to get the problem repaired correctly.
