Best Brazilian Laser Hair Removal Experience

I am so happy I replied to the ad in the Charlotte Observer and looked into Laser Hair Removal. I have a few girlfriends who are former waxers and have gone the laser route so I told myself why not and especially since I can use my Presby employee discount:)!

I had to admit I was a little nervous at 1st but Renee assured me that the laser at the spa was especially made for women of all ethnic backgrounds, which is wonderful because I am African American and not a lot of spas in CLT have lasers designed for darker skin types. The procedure was quick (less than 30minutes) and a little painful but no more that a rubber band popping your skin but overall I was satisfied and can't wait to be hair free!!!!!!

Great Spa

Voci Spa is great. I had my eyebrows waxed by Asia and it was the best. She is no longer there so if anyone knows where she is please let me know!! Also, they give great massages. Highly recommend!

Great Experience!

It's taken 26 years, but I've officially had my first facial today! I highly recommend Voci Spa. Being a spa novice I didn't know much about facials. I just knew I wanted a relaxing facial that would get great results. Lori was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the many different types of facials they offer. We decided the Vita-facial was the best fit. I rarely have time to relax and spend on myself, but I will def be making this a regular event from now on!

Bad experience

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I bought a facial for my girlfriend for her birthday; upon arrival at Voci Spa she stated no one acknowledged her presence for at least 10 minutes. She arrived early to she could fill out paperwork. No one smiled or thanked her for coming in or asked how did she learn about Voci Spa. It gets worse when she learns the name of her skincare person....Lori Voci, a family member. Obviously she did not care about the importance of customer service in a family business. Lori told my girlfriend that she recently went to school to do skincare but would not be doing grunt work forever as she intended to take over the business someday. Good luck, because with her customer service skills she will not stay in business very long!!! Don't waste you time making an appointmet to only get dis-appointment!!!

Poor service

I called to make an appointment for my mother and myself to have a beauty day. She has never had a facial in her 58 years. I was ready to get whatever they recommended for my mother ($$) but I knew what I wanted for myself. After waiting 8 minutes for someone to schedule my appointment, I was placed on hold again after asking what's the best in-between of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. She seemed irritated to have to do her job-answer the phone, and I was getting ready to drop some serious cash. I finally had to hang up because it seems like they didn't want my business. If they can't simply schedule an appointment then I certainly won't trust them with my face & body. I'm going back to Ageless Remedies, where I have always had excellent service.

My daughter came to visit me from Florida over the Christmas holiday's and thought that it would be a great idea to have a mother daughter spa day. I don't get to get out alot because I'm handicapp, let alone go to a spa for a day. We deceided to go to Voci Spa because of all the great reviews that I read on line. What a wonderful experience!! Everyone there was very courteous and it was a very relaxing atmosphere.Even though I had a hard time getting around, it didn't seem to bother any of the service providers. They were very patient and extremely helpful. My daughter and I were very lucky because they had just installed new pedicure chairs that were extremely nice and comfortable. Judy and Shelia kept me laughing the whole time which was like a breath of fresh air! I look forward to going again next year, (Hopefully sooner)! Thanks again Voci, Sandy..

Horrible service

I have never been so disappointed in my life. The service was horrible and when I called to speak with the manager, it took 3 months and numerous attempts to speak with him and he did nothing about the issue. I paid for my mother to have the Voci Spa Express for $128 and the woman who did her facial talked nonstop. Then, Shelias did her mani and pedi and used very offensive language the whole time, even dropping the f-bomb quite a few times. My mother was horrified and had one of the worst times she has ever had there. The manager told me he had already resolved the issue when in fact he had never even called me back to hear what the issue was so I know he was lying. Then he didn't even offer to make up for it by refunding us for the mani/pedi part or anything. Totally disgusted in this place. I rather go to Walmart and know i'm paying for horrible service.

Nothing like a good facial. Go here for that. Best place in Ballentyne. I recommend this place. I don't have but one facial in six weeks, but worth the wait.
