For all students attending college at UNM and CNM

315 Terrace SE is Only one block away from CNM and about three blocks away from the University! You can't get much better than that, when your going to school at both locations!

Chaparral Apts

I lived right around the UNM area, and had a great experience there while going to school. Always felt safe, had great neighbors, and love being right next to the park for family get together and morning jogs.
