THE APARTMENT IS OLD AND U CAN,T SLEEP AT NIGHT .

THE NOISE ANOTHER ,CAR BROKEN IN AND VANDALISM

AND TO TOP IT OFF THE MANAGER IS USELESS IF I HAD KNOWN THIS BEFORE I WOULD NEVER GONE THERE .THEY DON'T CLEAN THE YARD AND CHARGE FOR...
