Half & Half
I had my home insurance with them for years and have had a good experience. They have a nice group of ladies that help you with making payments and stuff like that. I do not know who my agent is, but I got good service from a few people, when I called in the past year, a lady named Linda made my payment for me when I gave her my check. I also talked to a girl named Danny? or Annie? she helped me save almost $700 on my home policy with new roof credits. I did not feel like Adrien was helpful. He gave me auto insurance rate quote and tried to push it on me. I did not feel like changing at the time and he called me stupid for not wanting to save $$. I felt that was unprofessional. I didnt have time to change when he gave me the amount. I would have eventually switched if he wasnt so rude. Now I dont want to deal with him, but i have called and was told he is the only person to talk to for auto insurance. Overall good service, except him.

They saved me $$ & were very nice....
I had a great experience with Commonwealth Insurance after speaking with Sean. I have to admit I'm like most people who probably don't fully understand insurance and what it all means, but I feel confident I have what I need. It also didn't hurt that they told me to get a wind mitigation and it saved me $800 on my premium. This agency seemed to have more options in terms of companies they could write though compared to other agents I talked to. Call them, maybe you can save too!

I can't understand how someone can have a bad experience with these guys. I have my home insurance policy through this agency and was contacted by another representative who I believed was named Adriane. He ran a few quotes for me, turns out he could save me $500 a year. I decided on the one policy then when I sent payment they realized they could get me an even better policy saving even more! They could've very well charged me for a more expensive one but seemed commited to making me a happy customer. I'm very satisfied, that other joker seems bitter..must not have liked his quote or something.
Very hands on and professional staff, it's nice not having to deal with the big GEICO's and pushy corporate agencies.

Being dismissive of a customer
This is based on a singular experience with one of their agents. My prior experience with Owner Jason Butts was positive .
When expressing my dissatisfaction with a mandatory policy provision that raises my coverage 10% each year, I was told by the agent that I was pontificating, and he had other matters to move on to. The phone call lasted less than 5 minutes.
Whether I was pontificating or expressing dissatisfaction with the current state of the Insurance Industry, you just don't dismiss a customer like that, especially when such a minute portion of his actual business day was taken up by me.
In addition it took the agency 4 days to return my initial call on this matter.
