Great service and put up with our BS.

They accommodated a dozen of us for Sunday brunch. We had people showing up late and leaving early... The usual BS when when relatives are in town. Needless to say, they dealt with us professionally and we gave them a FAT tip.

Used to be impressive. Now, snotty staff.

I worked at the Columns years and years ago so upon returning to the city with an international visitor I made sure to take her to the 'impressive' Columns hotel. We waited outside for 25 minutes without being served by the waitress, and...
