This company did not do a proper inspection. My wife, two young sons and I were forced out of our first purchased home six months after we moved in due to structural damage from termites. The damage is so severe that the house needs to be torn down. Their inspection did not report any of this. We had a 72 year old semi retired structural engineer look our house only to tell us its the worse he\\\'s ever seen. He didn\\\'t even charge us because he felt bad for us. We had another engineer come in only to tell us the same thing and not charge us also. The Termitech inspector apparently never went into the crawl space or attic. If he had then he would of seen the obvious damage. Its been almost 2 years since we were forced out and we continue to pay the mortgage so it doesn\\\'t get foreclosed on. This company was hired by our realitor but we paid $500 for the inspection. We based our decision to purchase the home off their findings. We lost everything. We were forced to live in hotels and eventually rented a house near ours. I sold most of my belongings so we could survive but it got too expensive to pay for 2 houses. So we\\\'ve been forced back to Pennsylvania where were originally from to live with relatives. Termitech South and their insurance company have been dragging us through the mud by not settling this case with our attorney. If they stand by their work then they should do the right thing. I wouldn\\\'t wish this on anyone and they left me no choice but to write this review. I wouldn\'t give it 1 star but it wouldn\'t allow me.
