Margaret A. Terhar, MD, FACS

Dr. Terhar is a breast surgeon at Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada (CCCN) and Medical Director of The Breast Center at Sunrise Hospital. She is Chair of the Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Treatment Planning Conference. She is an active member of the Breast Center Steering Committee and Credentials Committee at Sunrise Hospital and serves as Clinical Faculty Supervisor at Touro University Nevada.

Prior relocating to Las Vegas in 2006, Dr. Terhar practiced general surgery with a strong emphasis in breast care for 15 years before dedicating her practice to the care of breast related diseases. She served at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio as Medical Director of the Breast Center and Chair of the Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Treatment Planning Conference.

Dr. Terhar has been recognized as a Medical Marvel by Nevada Business Magazine.
