Be aware, this is Dahn Yoga, which you should google if you don't know what it is. This is not a regular t'ai chi or yoga center. It's some kind of religion or organization, but also a business.

This Place Has Everything!!

I love that I can do both Yoga and Tai Chi all at the same place. If I had to pay an additional fee for Tai Chi I wouldn't be able to get the benefits as I do... Plus, this is really a yoga about moving the energy!!!
