Chase lost my money and has done nothing for 2 weeks

Two weeks ago, $700.00 disappeared from my Chase checking account after I made a $20.00 withdrawal in Times Square.
I reported it immediately and repeatedly. Nothing has been done and 2 weeks have passed.
I have received no follow-up...
