Best Golf improvement ever

Jeff has taken 3 stroke off my single digit handicap and I feel Stronger all over. He createa a workout just for me each time and my game gets better

Realistic Goal Setting and Sustainable Progress!

I'm not exactly a die-hard fitness nut, but I would like to think that my decision to start working with a trainer was worth it. It was!!!! Not only do I have a great experience with my own trainer, but I also appreciate the encouragement I get from the other staff members. Every one is friendly and personable. They encourage me to come in and use the cardio equiptment even on the days I don't have a training session and I always manage to hear someone say "way to go for coming in extra this week" from someone on staff before I leave.

Best of all, they are realistic. My trainer doesn't ask me to give up all the things I love about eating, but instead, gets me to think about food and nutrition always in conjunction with excercise. It's been a slow process for me but one I will be able to maintain for the rest of my life.

Great Customer service

These people have given me a reason to help myself. Never discriminatory towards my issues just positive outlooks on my health. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!!!!!!

Very Professional and well educated

Studio29 has provided me with the motivation and strength to continue my life. After haveing two herniated disks Jeff Morgan strengthened my body and gave me funtional movement of my body back. He has changed my life and I would not be were I am today with out the trainers at Studio29 they are all a big family and help in many way as a team. I think this is the place to be in Denver.

Educated professionals

I had a 35% curvature in my spine that has beed reduced to 5% in just one year. Nothing more to say these guys have helped me get my life back. Thanks Studio29.

These guys are here for you and are always ready to help. An atmosphere that i have never seen in personal training and I have had alot of trainers. I am not going any were.

These folks are amazing! If you want to be stronger, faster, more flexable or simply feel better about the way you look and feel, this is the place to get it done. I have been working with Jeff and he is "The Man". You have got to try this place! Simple as that.
