I go here once in a while since it's right near my apartment, but the pizza really isn't very good. The crust is almost always soggy. They're a bit skimpy on the cheese. And the staff is usually pretty slow (a couple times on the cell phone chatting with a friend).

First of all, this place is all about the pizza. There isn't anywhere where to sit, there isn't even any air conditioning, there's no decor really, it's just a little kitchen and a counter, but that's the beauty of it. The pies are huge, FULL of ingredients, and very fresh. I had the chicken bbq pizza with crispy and tender chicken chunks throughout. Used to live on the Upper Eastside of NYC, and couldn't wait to get down to the East Village to get a slice of the best pizza in NYC. This place was originally recommended by Cavo and Lionel of the Toasters. Throws all of the Original Rays out of the water. And don't forget the garlic salt. read more ...

Not only is the pizza horrible, and the restaurant dirty, they are thieves. I gave them a $20 and they said I gave them a $5. I would not eat here again if they were the only pizza place in nyc. read more ...
