Great Chinese Food
Located in Station Square, the Sesame Inn has great Chinese food. When I was in college, we went about once/week. It is difficult to get downtown that often now, but we go every chance we get. They have great General Tso's chicken and a great dish called Happy Family. They also have good wonton soup. They give you the fried noodles to add to your soup. They have good egg rolls too. I have never had anything that I was disappointed with.

Sesame Inn is consistently good.
Consistently good Chinese fare. I've been to the Station Square and North Hills locatoions; both excellent. The amazing chicken is, well, amazing. A repeater.

Great Take-Out Service
I have only eaten in the restaurant once, but have ordered take-out a bunch of times. I have ordered the food any by the time I got there it was there and waiting for me. They also validated my parking even though I wasn't eating in.

long time delivery
The food here is good. The delivery service is slow and unreliable. I have ordered delivery a few times, and it always takes over an hour. (I only live 5-10 min. away)

Best Chinese in Pittsburgh
I eat here frequently. I have consistently had good service for delivery, take-out, or when I pick it up. It is much faster, however; to go pick your meal up. The food and prices are great.

Garden caterpillar found in chicken and broccoli
I went to Sesame Inn with a small group of friends from work. We were greeted and seated quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed our soups and egg rolls at the start of our meal. However, 5 minutes after receiving our entrees, one of my girlfriends found an inch long green garden caterpillar in her chicken and broccoli. Needless to say we received our lunches at no cost, however, we were a bit surprised by the assistant manager's comments -- "they come in on the broccoli". Our waiter must've apologized 10 times before we left, but we never received a sincere apology from the management, and the manager never came to our table at all.About this listing: Information on this page may be sourced from business owners, public records, and trusted data partners. 2findlocal provides these details to help users discover local businesses and services.
