History:

Established in 1973 , two "starving students" could not find part-time jobs to pay their way through college. Ethan Margalith and Darryl Marshak dug an old army command truck out of a mudslide and painted, "Moving? Call Starving Students" on its side. He parked the truck near a busy highway and the phone hasn't stopped ringing since. Starving Students Movers has grown into one of the largest moving companies in the U.S., moving over 50,000 families each year. Starving Students currently operates 31 branches in 9 states with a fleet of over 300 trucks.
