Richard Stafford started his legal career in the United States House of Representatives. Rick worked for over three years as a Special Assistant on the House International Relations Committee. He then attended law school at the Pennsylvania State University. After graduation, Rick worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. He worked in the District Court Bureau, the Case Advisory Bureau and the Special Investigations Bureau. Mr. Stafford handled cases ranging from Driving While Intoxicated to Robbery in the First Degree to Illegal Gambling. While in the Special Investigations Bureau, Rick handled cases involving Organized Crime and Street Gangs. Rick handled cases from the investigation stage which involved search warrants and wiretaps to taking cases to trial.

Mr. Stafford started his law firm approximately ten years ago. Rick has handled cases from simple traffic tickets to complex cases ranging from mortgage fraud to Murder. He has taken over thirty cases to trial. He aggressively defends his clients and fights to protect their rights and good name. Mr. Stafford personally covers all of his client's cases and gives them the time and attention they deserve.
