On May 23 I went to the pharmacy to exchange my syringe containers. The person there did not know how much the cost was to do this I told her I normally pay $5. She then asked others there what the price is and was told $5 per container. She than was also going to charge me another $5 per container for new ones. My complaint is over the years I normally bring in 3 containers each time and am charged anywhere from $0 to $5 for all or $5 per container. I never know what the price is going to be I was NEVER going to be charged up to $30 for bringing my containers in. I said forget it and got my money back and took all 3 of my containers elsewhere. I than went to another location and paid $2.25 per container. That charge was to return them and receive new ones for that price. I paid $6.75 instead of the $30 that you would have charged me. I think everyone in your department should know how much to charge per container. At the price you charge I will never come back there.
