I tried to reach a local office and was routed through an 800 number with various menus. I eventually spoke to a person who was located in a different state, and explained my complaint. She would not give me the local number, but did say she would relay the message. Their customer service felt impersonal, condescending, and ineffective. I would not do business with this corporation because of their poor customer service and because of their need to hide the information about the local contacts.
