EXTREMELY well priced
Spa 23 is a great local 24-hour gym off of Route 23 in NJ. They offer a lot of opportunities to get a great workout, be it Aquacise in the indoor pool, lifting weights, or walking the treadmill. Membership fees are EXTREMELY well priced.

They help me with my arthritis
