Wow this Has made me Nervous

Wow ! ! I am shocked at the reviews that are bad. I bought a Journey 2010 Feb. 25, 2010 this year. Maybe I should go the extra Mile for a Tire Rotation and Oil Change. People wait for a long time, even when you have an Appointment.
