Always Pleasent, Helpful, & Professional

My experience has been totally different from the other comment; Criminal? Really?

Very professional, and helpful I have also bought items that i need to return on occation always got my refund. After shopping at this Medical Supply store for the last 3 years the employees even remember my name and joke around with me, "which really helps to lighten my day" considering I have a terminally ill Father at home to care for.

They are truly dedicated to serving their customers and have the knowledge and experience to handle amost any challege that may occur. They have a wide range of products and experienced staff to provide a high level of customer service to ensure return business. Helpful and Professional - Top Notch Service.

I have been coming to this store for both my mother and grandparents for the past 15 years. The folks at this store have always been above and beyond helpful with information and top level customer service. Their products are of the highest quality and they always spend the time to explain all the options as well as train me and my family on using the products. I keep coming back to this store because of the family like service and always a smile. Great Folks.

These people are CRIMINALS

This is not the place to go if you are looking for people who are interested in helping you or a loved one. They are more interested in selling you a wheelchair and completely uninterested in servicing or helping you get acclimated. They sold my mother a wheelchair that was to big and cumbersome for her home and proceeded to call her a liar after she called to tell them she wasn't satisfied. They claimed that she said that it was perfect before she ever had the chance to use it in her own home. NOW, the wheelchair doesn't work and she's stuck with zero mobility and they plan on sending a repair man NEXT WEEK!! Do you see a problem. Save your time and anguish and find somewhere else to fulfill your medical aid needs - these people should be in jail for crimes against the helpless.
