Dr. Soto graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University College of Pharmacy in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. During his time there, he was a member of the highly prestigious honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.
Following medical school, Dr. Soto spent several years in Philadelphia, where he completed extensive training in general and plastic surgery at Temple University Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Fox Chase Cancer Center. He also completed a cosmetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.
