great gym for personal training
I have been a member of this gym since it opened and have enjoyed my experience. I actually followed my trainer, Kevin, there. I have been training with him for 3 years and have gotten excellent results.

Too small, long waits & bad staff
Horrible gym, way too small. If you go during prime time prepare to wait for equipment. Since the staff is aloof and its in a bad area the advantage of 24/7 is a mute point. I like the YWCA much better, much safer.
