Scott Wells is a money-hungry doctor!
After he agreed to accept what the insurance company pays, he then charged extra charges that were not part of the original agreement. Seems to be unscrupulous! Be careful!

The Best Plastic Surgeon Upper East Side NYC
I had a childhood injury that left me with a very large dent on my forhead ( a Fractured Skull) Dr. Wells did a scar revision that left me speechless. My parents and husband were in disbelief. All I can Say is Wow!!
