Great view, Great food, HORRIBLE service
Great night view, great waiter, and great food.
However, we had a HORRIBLE service from the woman who was in charge of reservations.
We actually complained about the incident to the manager, and we were able to talk to that woman....

Great View! Splurge on a Drink Pass on Buffet!
You won't find a neat place to visit in chicago. We didnt go to sears tower (willis tower) because of the reccomendations to go the signature lounge. We went to the resturant on the 95th floor and had the buffet, which was pathetic. The...
