Worst Theater Experience of my Life
After reading online reviews and hearing recommendations from friends, I went to Showcase Cinemas in Randolph, MA to see WALL-E, my own most anticipated movie of the summer. The theater was crowded, but it was clean and large enough to accommodate the number of people present.
I got to the theater 20 minutes early so I could find a good seat. I ended up waiting a long time, because the movie didn't start until *40 MINUTES* after the scheduled showtime. In addition, the animated short 'Presto' which precedes the feature film was not shown, and the opening sequence of WALL-E was cut off. It took me 10 minutes to track down a manager and the staff was rude when I complained. I got a re-admittance pass but they refused to refund my money.
I've been to smaller theaters, older theaters, and theaters that were not as clean, but I've NEVER been to a theater and had an experience like this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great theatre
This theatre is very nice. It has around 20 theatres and always has the big movies playing on multiple screens. The seats are comfortable for the most part and you have a lot of leg room. I never have to get up when someone wants to walk by. The food is okay, but a little pricey. There is a lot of parking. It is located just off the highway and is easy to get to. WIth two lines to buy tickets, we usually get ours in about 5 minutes or less.

Great stadium seating
This theater provides the best movie-watching experience around. The stadium seating is something that you will not go without once you get used to it.
The lines can get a bit long during big premiers, but is worth the wait.
PROS: Stadium seating
CONS: Long lines at consession stands

The best for movies
I like going to the movies but there's problems, the seats are too small there's not much to eat and if it gets packed then what.. This one is stadium seating and feels good. You can feel like your NOT on an airplane.
PROS: Bests in the area for movies without going to a IMAX

Five stars if parking were better
Parking is often a nightmare because it attracts people all over the South Shore. And that's because of stadium seating. So much more comfortable to sit in, and much easier to view the screen.
Hot snack foods are reasonably tasty, if a bit overpriced (but what else would you expect?).
Just avoid on weekends (or go very early or late) and it will be one of the better movie-going experiences.

Showcase Cinemas
This is a HUGE cinema complex with something like 14 screens. It's always clean and not overrun by teenagers, which is a real plus.
The best features here are the stadium seating and cup-holders, which I know are becoming more standard, but they're still very appreciated.
The biggest downfall is the need for more parking. They compensate with a shuttle to adjacent lots, but it's rather inconvenient.
