Too much for nothing!

[Six weeks later, and I am still irritated.]\r

Our experience (Sat., 8/21/10) was just about a total wreck. (The drinks were good.)\r

The place wasn't 1/3-full at 7:00 PM, and still our drinks were quite delayed and the "hot"...
