Has gone Downhill
I've been dealing with this branch of STS for over 8 years. i have a fleet of vehicles I'm responsible for and fo they have failed to satisfy even the basics such as balancing tires or rotating tires correctly for the last 2-3 years. How I wish Frank and Dave were managing the store. I've reached out to higher management to no avail. They have changed managment and staff countless times in the last 2 years.
