Excellent, efficient, gets the job done
After a bad experience at Sameday Passport on Pico involving overcharging and shoddy service, I headed over to Russian Universal and was processed in 15 mins for half the price. Highly recommend!

I must say, I was a bit concerned when i read some of the reviews out here. But my sister had been using this agency for a while so I decided to give it a try when my passport has expired.

Waste of money!
DO NOT use them!!! If there was an option to give them -5 stars, I would have! If you need to renew your Russian passport, just deal with the consulate, weirdly, their service is MUCH BETTER!
