I've been to much better fiber stores.
Nice selection of fibers, but downright awful customer service. You're better off going to the Loop, or ordering online. This site wont let me go below four stars, I give this place a one.

Awful shop
Awful service, their needlepoint selection not particularly interested or current design selection. Will not recommend or patronize this store. Will be better to shop elsewhere or even on ebay.
