Ron Edelstien is a Slum-lord and a bully.
A direct quote - "Why pay a licensed super when I can get a Mexican for $50.00 a day"
If you try and have work done in your apt. he will try and raise your rent or threaten to evict you.
Avoid his buildings at all cost!!!
