IF people really knew how much good Ron Edelstein and his family and business do for society and people - they would give him the a prize of honor. And instead of complaining about so many transitional items, would recognize the situation has been WAY better than it was prior to his involvement. It takes a strong and honorable character to take on such a problematic property with so many problems. I cannot comment on anyone who has had a bad experience - but what I can with assurance represent, is that Mr. Edelstein does everything in his power to do the best for people and his tenants within the parameter of the law and regulations. Once in a while, it is the law and regulations that either prevent him or thwart his efforts - he is currently trying very hard to modify the regulations to be allowed to improve all his properties. Unfortunately, it is the beuracracy that is preventing his and his staff from these repairs and enhancements. However, the buildings are MUCH better than the conditions in which he acquired them and he is should should be credited for that

Ron Edelstien is a Slum-lord and a bully. A direct quote - "Why pay a licensed super when I can get a Mexican for $50.00 a day" If you try and have work done in your apt. he will try and raise your rent or threaten to evict you. Avoid his buildings at all cost!!!
