bad business

I had the worse experience of my like dealing these clowns. It took many many trips and calls but I was never given satisfaction. They ruined my car and I will never be able to sale it for any thing it would have been worth. They screwed...

Worst customer satisfaction

This place is terrible, it takes them forever to fix the car and don't give any update or serious reason concerning the delay. Moreover the guy in charge of overlooking the repair on the car is difficult to contact.

worst shop in austin

they did not fix my rear shock absorber after i was rear ended and never mentioned that they forgot to two screws and a bolt on my rear bumper.
