wouldn't recommend
I've only had them do tire repairs. if you want fast service and don't care about the price then Roberts is fine to do buisness with. If you want to spend a little less money then you may want to look else where.
I had a flat tire I took off of my car. I dropped off the tire they said it couldn't be fixed and that i needed a new tire. Got a quote from them about 20 bucks more then from Mr Tire on Hickman Mills drive. Roberts said they would match it. So I told them to go ahead a put it on the wheel. When I came to pick up the tire they asked if I wanted them to mount it back on my car I told them sure (thinking that with a new tire that i bought from them I wouldn't get charged for it) Well that was wrong not to ask because they charged me to have them mount the new tire on. So they pretty much got their full original asking price for the tire. Since they did that to me Ivve decided not to take my buisness back to them. Because I know that if you buy a tire from MR TIRE they do not

Don't waste your money. Our belt broke on our vehicle. Had them put a new belt on. That night coming home from work the belt came off because the idiots put it on wrong. The motor overheated and we were told the motor was blown and it would cost $4000 to replace it. We got a 2nd opinion from a much better mechanic, chuck garrison, the motor wasn't blown and repairs were only $800. They do anything to get a buck.

Always something wrong
EVERY time I take my car there for an oil change or tire rotation there is something wrong with it!!! I got this coupon book that had all this free stuff in it so I wanted to use it. But after using it just a couple time I came to realize that these people make stuff up about my car. I just bought a used car and had 2 mechanics look at it before i bought it. The only thing wrong with it was it needed new tires, so I bought new tires and then I took it to Roberts for a wheel alignment. (free with coupon) I dropped it off and they said they would call when it was done. 20 minutes later they called and refused to do the alignment cause I needed new ball joints in the front!!! NO I DON'T!!! I am tired of this place making things up about my car!!!

Fastest Friendliest Service
We had a great experience in a tight spot with Roberts Tire. My daughter had a flat tire on Highway 71, south of town. I called Roberts Tire and they promptly went out and changed it for her. We then decided to buy 2 new tires and they had them on in less than 25 minutes and she was on her way! And their price was very competitive! We were very pleased - Highly recommend them!

BEST PLACE AROUND
I have been to this place several times to get brake work done and some other things. They do brakes, shocks, suspension, etc.. They do quality work, the staff is wonderful, the prices are reasonable and its close to home. I highly recommend this place to others.
