I have lived at Ridgewood Gardens for 2+ years. The community is small and the staff is generally enjoyable and friendly. However they have a lack of direction. After 2+ years of having no noise complaints, a single tenant moved next door to our apartment and began making accusations that our dogs were barking. I have documented video recordings and statements to prove otherwise (one instance they were at PetsHotel). The apartment complex refused to do a courtesy check and investigate, simply taking the word of the new tenant as fact. They skipped over their options in the lease, as in not giving us the option to remove the pets, not documenting noise complaints via animal control, and instead decided to refuse to renew our lease, forcing us to find a new residence in 30 days. In conclusion, Ridgewood Gardens is a decent place to live unless there is a single tenant who dislikes you or your pets can and will have you removed.
