Best buying experience ever.

The whole staff at Rick Matthews has been great. Greta is by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with as she is informative without being too pushy. The GMC Sierra truck collection was better than many of the dealerships we visited on the hunt for a new truck and the bottom line price was better. The whole buying process when smoothly from start to finish and we have never had such a great experience when doing any business with any dealership. Rick Matthews has our future business!

RIP OFF CONS/ LIES AND DISRESPECTED MY FAMILY

I had a terrible time at this dealership. Vic the used car manager, was very rude to me and my wife. He told us to get out of his store, when all we were doing was adressing a issue that we had. I am very upset with this dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing that is promissed to you, if not you may never get it. Or may get yelled at by VIC. Also Jeff the internet sales manager lied to me about a full tank of gas and Lied to VIC about telling me that. Overall the dealership is rude and lies. Thanks and be very careful shopping here, I recoment CRYSTAL AUTOMOTIVE!!!! Very Very nice people and honest. they have 5 locations to serve you better and tons of inventory. Please choose your dealership right. Go to homosassa NISSAN and ask for sales man DAVE MILIMAN. He is the best, tell him BRANDON sent you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their service department rocks!

I took my car into Rick Matthews service center because it was having an odd problem, keep in mind that I did not buy this car from this dealership but rather from one out of state. I was so afraid it was going to cost me an arm and a leg! It took them 3 days to diagnose the problem but they never gave up and in the end they fixed it for FREE despite the official recall letters not having gone out yet. They treated me like a friend or family member and took wonderful care of both me and my car. My boyfriend will be buying a new car early next year and you better believe I am taking him here! I have never been in a car dealership were they cared so much for their customers, and potential customers.

GREAT PURCHASE

I HAD A GREAT EXP AT RICK MATHEWS JUST BOUGHT A 2011 ENCLAVE FROM A YOUNGE MAN NAMED KYLE HE HAD EVERY ANSWER ABOUT ANY QUESTIONED I ASKED HIM NEW THE PRODUCT GREAT!!! WALKED ME THREW THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND EVERYTHING!!!! VERY HONEST AND POLITE TO MYSELF AND MY WIFE SPOKE VERY HIGHLY OF THE COMPANY AND MR MATHEWS HIMSELF!!! GREAT JOB KYLE AND VERY PLEASED TO DO BUISNESS WITH YOU! :)
