Martin Richler MD

Martin Richler MD is a board certified ophthalmologist. He did his medical training and ophthalmology residency at McGill University in Montreal. He has been practicing ophthalmology in the Greater Boston area for over twenty years. Dr. Richler sees patients of all ages. He sees patients with a wide variety of eye conditions, ranging from routine eye exams to cataracts, glaucoma, disorders of the retina including diabetic retinopathy and infection and inflammation in the front of the eye such as conjunctivitis and iritis. Dr. Richler performs cataract surgery as well as a number of minor eye procedures. He does laser surgery for glaucoma, and capsule opacification( which sometimes occurs months to years after cataract surgery). He has been solely devoted to his Waltham practice since 2001.
Phyllis F Landman OD is a board certified optometrist. She has been practicing optometry in Waltham for over twenty years. She obtained her optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Landman performs significant segments of many of our eye exams and does all our contact lens evaluation and fitting.
