Horrible Customer Service

i am so disappointed in the customer service from Residential Realty. The lack of customer service is really surprising. I asked for support obtaining documents for a potential move and didn't get any support.

Employee Stephanie is a liar. I'm having a huge problem due to her lack of professionalism. I have contacted the owners of this company, and they don't seem to care. I'm still waiting for a response and will see what happens. I will post...
