Fast Response - Unprofessional Realtor - Frustrating
I used the web site and requested that a realtor call me to assist with buying a house. It took only about 30-45 minutes to get a response. The realtor left a VM on my cell phone.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL message. I called back anyway and engaged in a 30-40 minute conversation. She NEVER stopped talking and never listened to what I wanted in the way of a house. She made it clear it was all about her schedule and she would call for showings on her scheduled time....NOT MINE. I was told by her that she was a Marietta native and she knew it all...and was clearly going to TELL ME!!!. I am a corporate nomad and I have bought and sold houses many many times. This was clearly one of the most unprofessional and frustrating realtors I have ever dealt with. The web site is impressive.... lots of eye candy and tons of superlatives.....but literally NO DELIVERY!!! Good luck if you use this company....you will need it.

I would Highly Recommend
I used Judy Ballard to sell my East Cobb home and was not disappointed. She did everything she promised and more. The marketing was unsurpassed and most importantly she kept in touch. I have used 5 other Realtors throughout the years, and can honestly say, if anyone ever uses Judy, they will use her again and again. There was just no comparison in service.

Fabulous Service and Marketing
I sold my home with Judy and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who wants first class marketing and personal service from start to finish. She and her team were Wonderful to work with and got my house SOLD in record time.

Simply The Best
I have bought and/or sold 9 homes with Judy since 1985. Judy's marketing was, and still is the best. My homes always sold quickly, and The Judy Ballard Team always helped me find new homes that I enjoyed, my present home included! I have always appreciated the fact, that Judy and/or her office staff, kept me informed of all activity. I always received prompt call backs if I had to leave a message. I have always referred Judy to my friends and will continue to do so. I have had nothing but great experiences when working with The Judy Ballard Team.

Impressive!
My husband and I were referred to Judy Ballard by a close family friend who lives in the Kennesaw area and had previously used Judy's services. Judy's marketing proposal was impressive, and after signing up with her, we quickly understood why she is so highly recommended! Courteous prompt feedback from Judy and all her team members kept us well informed through the entire process. We sold our home quickly, and were able to move when we had to. If we ever need a real estate agent, we will definitely call Judy Ballard, and will continue to recommend her and her team.

Over rated
We elected to use this realtor at the recommendation of a friend and were bitterly disappointed. After taking the initial listing, she did little else other than gather commission. It seems the realtor must have spread herself too thin. In addition, it was not clear to us who she was working for - us or the other party. I cannot recommend her.
