Rare to get service like this these days

Changed out a gas for electric water heater.. on time and under budget... even consulted on plumbing issues.

A year later, had him consult on wiring a stove top,

Answered and returned phone calls promptly..

No Show

Made appointment for morning of 7-24-06. No show, no call, nothing. I called numerous times and left messages. They never called back. I finally contacted him on the afternoon of 7-25-06. He said that "he forgot appointment" and could not come until 7-27 or 7-28. I said, no thanks.
