Be very careful using this company. They were sent out by Whirlpool when I needed a warranty repair. They came out, "patched" the appliance to work temporarily, then said they'd call me back once they'd ordered a replacement part. Over 6 weeks and 8 calls from me later, I requested that Whirlpool send someone else. Every time I called they'd promise to call me back (but never did), said the parts were on order, said they'd been busy, etc.. always a different excuse.
