No furniture!

Purple Heart does not accept furiture, but DAV does. (disabled american veterans) they have a thrift store at 8050 Middlebelt rd in Westland, and you can schedule a free pickup by calling 866-520-5328.

Good service org

They are polite, efficient, always show up and I am never uncertain as to what I can leave for pick up. If I have questions, I call. I like the fact that this supports vets and is not primarily a church-based organization.
