DO NOT USE PRIMETIME LIMOUSINE. I booked a limo with them for our wedding about 4 months in advance. I called twice in the few weeks before the wedding to confirm, seemed like everything was ready. He called me 30 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up and told us the limo had broken down. I asked him if he had a backup limo, he said yes and it would be late, but it would be there. It never showed up. I called him multiple times to find out where it was and he didn't answer his phone for the rest of the night. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. At least he should have answered his phone and told us he wasn't going to be there, instead of leaving us standing outside the hotel! Luckily the hotel shuttle was available. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
