If I could give a '0' Star I would! Business going down hill fast! Took my pet to get groomed, I was advised would take up to 4 hours. I called at the 4th hour to check on my dog, calls go to voicemail, No one called me back. Took a ride to the shop, and they said she was drying, would be ready in 1 hour, went back in 1 hour this is 5th hour, still not ready, they called me at the 6th hour, that she was ready, Thats right!! 6 hours with no water, and unable to relieve herself! My dog was in so much distress, it was terrible! I took my dog home, and she had severe razor burn, red bumps in area she urinates, and it appears they nicked her where she urinates from. I have been trying to contact owner to complain about this issue since May 26th, which is the day i took my dog in, and she is not calling back, I tried emailing her, and she is not responding! No One answers the phone when trying to call all day long. HMMMMMMM, something definitely wrong here. Do not go to this business, she is overbooking, without enough help! Terrible, Do Not go here! Have filed a report with BBB!

Pretty pets did a fantastic job on my three dogs! Reasonably priced and very respectful employees.

This place is filthy and the customer service is just bad. I'll never take back my dog here

Just the best

Getting back into dog washing again was a big decision when I moved here, but after seeing another trailer I knew it was definitely what I wanted to do.
