Horrible
The customer service is terrible. They will tell you anything to get you to join and then couldn't care less about keeping you. I have never had a worse gym experience. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! Also,there are actually hidden charges!

Poor Customer Service!!!
The gym itself is ok but no prize. I even refered people to one of their trainers, who did an awesome job. The problem comes in once your contract is over. They call you and ask if you want to continue, you reply no and then they keep...
