Honest Reliable and great delivery team
My entire kitchen was remodeled and we chose Plessers for the appliances. We live about 20 minutes from the store and I was recomended here by a friend. Not only was the salesmen extremely helpful the delivery guys took their time and not a scratch on my new wood floor. Everything was done as promised and I am super pleased with Plessers. Job well done.

I Just got my second appliance from this website. I live in California and they beat any local price I got once again. The free shipping and no tax is awesome. This time the product took 2 weeks to my door.
I ordered a Liebherr cabinet depth french door fridge. The unit arrived in perfect condition and goes great with the Electrolux stove I got just last month.
If you are looking for a place to buy appliances try this website. I worked with a Michelle over the phone for both purchases. The transaction went great and the customer service was there for me when I needed tracking information.

satisfied appliance shopper at Plessers
I purchased here based on the good reviews although I found a slighlty lower price elsewhere. I am very glad I choose this store. The reviews couldnt not have been any more true. I see why they mostly have 5 stars.This site stood behind the fridge I purchased and sent me a new set of handles after the ones delivered had a small scratch. I was impressed with the attention to detail when ordering and the drivers were great. Job well done.

They lost a 8 year customer over $85.00.
I see most of these reviews seem to be from out of state stores and I am not 100% sure this is the same appliance store. To be clear, this review is for Plessers Appliance at 6 East Main Street, Babylon NY 11702. I have been a customer at the store for the past 8 years or so. I came into the store to purchase a washer and dryer from a salesman named Alan. He gave me a line about how their internet pricing is different from their store pricing and it would take more time to get the appliances in if I went with the internet pricing. I thought it sounded weird, but what is the difference.
I went home and my husband had already called the store about the same appliances I purchased in the store. The salesman who picked up the phone said he could honor the internet pricing and had the appliances in stock. I called that salesman back and he said he could have them delivered faster then what Alan said he could do at the store.
Shame, I thought Alan was one of the owners, and you would think for $85 he wouldnt lie. But, he did. I did not call him back to question it as for $85 it is not worth the trouble. BUT, it is a shame that a mom and pop store would sink to these lowes.
My review would be that Plessers does have smart salesmen, but they have very low ethics. What ever it takes to make a dollar. If they quote you a price, get a second quote from someone else to check it out, you cant trust their word.
Shame.

delivery right on target

Always shopped at Plessers
I live local to this store and have shopped here for many years. The staff is great and really know their products. They are generous and always support the local causes. Give them a try you wont be disappointed. The prices are great but the service is even better. The showroom isn't huge but they sure pack it in. The giant nipper dog out front is a pretty cool attraction as well. Im glad to see a family owned store still doing well.

I love my Appliances :)
Never thought I would be so enthused but just got a whole new kitchens worth of appliances. The units look awesome and Plessers was a pleasure to deal with. Staff was great and although the delivery was made a little late at night they were real courteous and even gave me a chance to clean behind the old fridge before they slid the new one in place. Great place to buy Appliances very happy with the service.

Internets best bet for appliances
I agree with most reviewers this site is a great place for appliances. The website offers great information and the phone staff was proffesional. I was doing a full kitchen renovation. I was only gathering information at the time and they were nice enough to take my call and answer some questions. I finally placed the order and decided on the Jenn Air brand of appliance. They had a great promotion for a free dishwasher. I ordered the appliances and they were delivered about 2 weeks later. Everything is in great working order and looks amazing. Its really worked out better than i thought. I got better service and pricing from them over my local store. A+ rating from me.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Took my money in a heartbeat, but didn't deliver what I paid for. Shipping company they use is rated F by the better business bureau. After-sale customer service doesn't care and takes no responsibility once they get a signature. I wouldn't wish this horrific experience on my worst enemy. Beware!!!

Website was fantastic
New appliances look great. The stress of a new kitchen was overwhelming. I must have drove these guys nuts for over four weeks making choices. Thanks to Anthony in sales for putting up with me. The final choices were Electrolux slide in range, Electrolux Microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a LG french door fridge. All appliances were delivered right on time. The email communication was great and it was nice to even get a voice on the phone over the weekend. Keep it going. Talk to you guys about a washer dryer next purchase.

did right by me 3rd purchase
This was my 3rd purchase from this website 1st review. I'm not a big review writer (don't have the time) but I felt these guys did right by me. Had a new washer delivered and accepted it a few weeks ago. I went to install it and noticed it wasn't sitting level because the frame was crushed in. I call and spoke with Liz in their customer service dept. she informed me that I signed for it and should have refused it on delivery. After explaining it was my 3rd purchase and the truck showed up pretty late at night she agreed to take it back. The new washer is installed and working fine. I wanted to write this and thank them for working with me. I thought to check it for dents or scratches but who would think to look underneath. It all worked out great and I am extremely satisfied. great service, great prices
Just got my new Viking kitchen installed. All appliances were supplied by Plessers. The delivery was made within the three weeks as promised. All units were in great condition except the fridge had a dent in the side. I spoke with Monique in customer service who offered me a discount to keep it. I thought that was a fair deal since the dent wont be seen when it is in the cabinet. The credit was posted as promised. Thank you Monique, job well done:)

They call me and yell at me???
There website said "call" when I wanted prices for Jenn Air Appliances. I receive a phone call from their salesman Jim who gave me a price and seemed to generally know what he was talking about. When I told him I was not ready to purchase on the spot (he did call while I was having dinner with my family) he actually threatened me and told me to "take my credit card out of my wallet" and also LIED to me and told me the "big sale" was ending that night.
First of all, the sale never ends, look at their website, it always has "end dates" and then look after those dates and it just goes on and on (They Lie)
Second they call me house during dinner time (not the end of the world) but then i get berated by a salesman like I only hear about in the "used car salesmen jokes".
Finally as it turns out I got a better price from someone else, without being threatened or harassed.
Maybe the salesman Jim was having a bad day, maybe that is just the way Plessers . com is.

Very satisfied customer
My order was placed 6 weeks ago and I requested a delayed delivery. Plessers Appliance was kind enough to contact the drivers and have them hold the delivery a few more days till my kitchen was prepared for them. Not only did they give us incredible prices they helped us when we needed assistance. The really do stand behind their word of great customer service

Good prices, poor service
I purchased a full kitchen suite from Plessers at a very good price. When the refrigerator was delivered in non working order, the manufacturer arranged for a replacement. It took over 3 weeks to get the replacement. The manufacturer said it took so long because I purchased it from an internet based company that has no inventory. I had the broken refrigerator sitting in the living room for over 3 weeks.
Plessers then bugged me to buy extended warranties. Based on my experience with the bad refrigerator, I paid Plessers $850 for the extended warranties. Two months later I had no receipt and no warranties, just an $850 charge on my credit card. When I called them to find the status of my order they stated that it took several months for them to fill out the paper work to get the warranties and forwarded me to a salesman's voicemail. In my voicemail I stated my concern and they cancelled my order without an explaination or a call back.
If you buy from Plessers, keep you fingers crossed.

Customer service great Prices great!
Plessers customer service dept was amazing! I called about my broken washer, when service told me 2 weeks, Liz in customer service stepped in and had another service come the next day! unit fixed back to washing. Thank you Plessers. Shop here and you wont be dissapointed

customer service was great!
I called Plessers late on a friday after their customer service dept was closed. I was surprised to get a call on Saturday from the retail Manager assisting me. They problem was solved over the phone and I was back up and running. This type of customer service shows Plessers really does have old fashioned customer service as they claim! I will shop here again.
