Yikes!

There are bad business all over, but this one takes the cake! No parking, dirty, rude staff. Please never go there. There are plenty of other spas in Kansas City.

Plaza West Massage & Day Spa is the best in K.C.

I've gone to many day spa's in my life, and I think that this is the complete package! I like that they don't mix hair services with spa services. It's so serene. I plan on making this my new spa escaoe!
