This salon is dirty and has POOR customer service. If you are a person who likes to have wigs made and maintained then please use their services. If not I advise you and anyone dear to you to stay far away. I had a perm at this shop and when I left I had 11 chemical burns over the entirety of my scalp. My hair began to break off days later. I was mortified. Not only that but the stylist are not remotely talented or business oriented. They allow for their children to run around the establishment and fall over the customers. I am very family oriented but that was a place of business and I felt like I was at the playground. Platinum Perfection gets no stars...they should reconsider that name as well
