HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE...the same thing has been happening to me. I cancelled my acct about 2 months ago and my card is still being charged for a membership. The customer service/staff and especially management is HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!!!! A gym may look nice on the inside, but really if the staff is not friendly, knowledgable, or professional it's really not worth your money.

Horrible Management.

Horrible Management.

Not at all customer friendly. It takes for ever and ever to cancel membership. They keep charging your card for ever even after you sent a cancellation notice.

Pinnacle Fitness

Variety of free weights and machine weights. Some of them are not in the best condition, i.e. the cable machine's cables are not oiled and replaced and tend to stick sometimes. Most all of the other equipment seem to be in good condition. Be careful when you sign up, they run specials from time to time, for example, you can sign up during the month of April 2009 and get free tanning, free childcare, 2 months free, no sign up fee, and cheaper rates. If you signed up the month before for a year, then you get nothing. It can be a rip-off to those who have already signed up.

Excellent Gym

Nice gym. Not oversized or too small. Plenty of equipment available so you don't have to wait. Excellent atmosphere and fun people with lots of different classes available. Great smoothies available too! Price is very comparable to other area gyms. Good parking and location. Equipment and classes are always kept clean and updated. Childcare is even available.
